Got a big box from Stu. I did not wait very long for it, but it felt like it took years to arrive.

That big box just had a hat!? I didn't even ask for a hat from him! Stu, what are you doing to me? (Also, THANKS for the hat Stu!)
There were a few other goodies I did not know about in the box. For those wondering, the white sheet is white wall decals! (Thanks for the surprise goodies Stu!)

In addition to the goodies, there was what I will call "extras". More legs and wheels and ash pans than I asked for, but some how he knew I needed them! And look how they were protected! (Thanks for the extras Stu! I really did need them!)

These are a couple more shots of some good shipping protection. I have never protected the bowl rim like this using pipe insulation. it is a terrific idea and protects both the bowl and lid during proper shipping, and I hope you can make it out:

and an innovative solution to keep the kettle secure on the bottom:

Yes, there was a kettle. Check out the handle protection system.

Lastly, have you ever found such a nice vent? No cleaning needed for once! Stu, Thank you for sending a clean grill!

Stu is the better looking, smarter, more friendly one.
Family picture in a couple weeks for sure. The family has not grown much, just changed....

I am so glad he took the time out of his busy schedule to put that box together for me. Very thoughtful.
Wow...that is awesome. What a box of goodies!
Great looking grill G$! That's a great way to protect the grill during shipping.
"my kettle is more powerful it will do almost anything."
As stated above, this lid and bowl were clean on arrival. This vent picture is without me touching a thing.

I did spend about 5 minutes cleaning the bowl and bottom vents. I took before and after pictures .... and could not really tell the difference. I think this is the bowl after picture.

You may recall that this lime is missing a bowl handle. You can see the bowl is not in great shape, but it is still one of the most beautiful kettles I have seen in person....
A couple pictures of the lime. When my youngest daughter saw it, she hugged it. Need to teach the kids to not hug their webers until the know they are not hot.

Lastly, I pulled a brownie down for a qucik photo because, you know,
"Bruder bought a coconut, he bought it for a dime
His sister had anudder one she paid it for de lime
She put de lime in de coconut, she drank 'em bot' up"
etc. etc.

Nice kettle! Love those limes.
Oh that is nice!...
both those grills looks spectacular!
That looks real nice! I really like those 'fruity' grills! Very nice pick up. Was it a trade or an agent pickup?
Ken
Sweet!!
...and thank you for the Harry Nillson ear worm!!
;)
Stu is good people, got my ash catcher from him. we msg/emailed back and forth and he was straight forward and easy going(just like me ;))
It looks like that deal went down sweet! Love the cocolime. :D
Pleasure was mine G$....thanks to you (and everyone else) for the nice comments. Im glad your daughter likes it. Something about that Arizona sun makes those kettle colors pop....your pics always look spectacular. By the way, the hat and S&P shakers were from the Weber gift schwag that Marty brought to the June meet-up. I already have those so I figured I would pass them along.
Nice Lime G$ and great job hooking a brother up G! I hope to find a 22 lime one day myself. And yes, Stu (G) is good people. He's set me up with some parts and a sweet red JJ that I cherish. :)
Very nice! Just another example of WKC working together. Great going G and G$!
I like how he packed that, the one i got from Dazzo was packed very well also. i think that is great looking kettle, the Wife saw the brown one and fell in love with it!
That is one beauty of a classic kettle ... Nicely done, fellas! :D
