This was my first ever cook on a 3-wheeler ... and, I like it! :D
Marinated 5 lbs of wings for about 6-7 hours.
I used a basket with some unlit lump, and dumped 20 lit briquettes on that. Apple wood for smoke.
I foiled the remaining area of the charcoal grate.
Closed off 2 vents, and kept 1 fully open ... the one furthest from the charcoal basket for 1½ hours,
then opened everything wide for the last half hour.
After coming off, I applied some Weber "Buzz 'n Honey" BBQ sauce - I like this stuff! A three pack at Costco.
My wife made a weird dip that had avocado in it ... and it was excellent!
The wings were delicious! This now is my go-to method for this amount of wings.
Wings going on ... double-decker style. :D

That is a beautiful old grill
Beautiful grill, and the wings look amazing. My favorite food group.
Wings. Check! Gorgeous MBH black kettle to make them delicious. Check! Tasty sauces. Check. Explosion of flavor... Priceless!
I'm a wingaholic if there ever was such a thing. Those look tasty! I love the Weber BBQ sauces.
Thanks, guys! 8)

I do, too! I had to try them when I saw that pack.
And, the ingredient list is not as long as ... your forearm. That's nice. :D ;)
Good Show, Mark !!!!
Like how you 'built up'.....not out !!!!!!
Nice weber. Nice Wings!
On a side note.
This cooker actually changed colour when it got hot! It got a deeper black.
Being an "A" code (34 years old), it has a bit of a fade to it ... that changed with heat. :D 8)
My blue and red 22s might be getting neglected, now. ::) ;)
Great looking wings! That right there would be perfect for game day
Right on Mac! Wings look great, that kettle looks awesome too! 3 wheelers are fun to cook on for me as well. I use a brush to sweep out the ash and fire it back up.
"my kettle is more powerful it will do almost anything."

I remember reading that you do that ... so I went out today and picked up a brush for that purpose. Thanks for the tip! Worked great! :D
