This is what SWMBO wanted for her first birthday dinner. Tomorrow we head out to the Weber restaurant in Lombard.

Nice Hank...did it taste as good as it looked...which is hopefully better than that first pic looked!  LOL

It was good. What can I saw - we love grilled salmon and this is why.
