Post by: fedex on September 14, 2013, 12:23:15 PM
Just made some Fire Sauce for the Fight tonight.  This stuff HOT but it tastes great.

10 JalapeƱos
2 Habanero's
10 Tabasco Peppers
2 Roma Tomatoes
5 Garlic Cloves
1 cup of water
Salt to taste.

Roasted (make them angry) on the Q-100 then let them sweat it out for an hour in a zip-loc.

The best part about this is that everything but the garlic came out of my garden.  Thanks for looking ;)

Wow. I'll bet that's really hot!  Sounds great though. What are you putting it on?
