You want to show off your fruits, and your blues and your chocolate. What about some blacks?
Sure, they are common, but they are also much loved and under appreciated.
Not fair!
Here's some of mine.

This is a three wheeler that I haven't the nerve to use. I'm not sure I would know how to drive it. :'(
Trust me, black will have its day. It all comes back to black.
Maybe these grills could be snuck into the "fruit thread" as a Blackberry??? :)
No desire to join in with the fruits Jeff. Black stands alone.
How about the big guns.

Now I'm the one feeling left out! I had planned to shoot my family of black kettles over Labor day, thinking we would not get around to black for a while. What started out as "color of the month" turned into a free for all. Oh, what the hell, here's one to get started - the newest and smallest member of the family:

i will still get to use it ;)
living in an apartment i have no where to grill, at least not privately. i build electronics for a living and am kind of a perfectionist. i think the mods i did to the 18.5" are how they should sell it -- mostly a collection of tweaks i found here over the past week or two..well and some better wheels and thicker bars on that bottom shelf. Weber bean counters heads would explode
Welcome Justin....I have used the copper pipe in the leg trick on several grills. That will be rock solid for years to come.
Used to be black. Still haven't the courage to cook on her and don't worry that matchlight went to the round file. I'd still like to trade for the book. A pint glass? Anyone?

Are the other two original thumb screws too?
They are G$. The other two are pre patent pending kettles.
Here's the first Weber I owned. A CL find for free. The first person to pick it up was the winner. I picked it up at 9:30 pm one night. My wife sent me the CL link as said is this that kind of grill you are looking for ? It was missing a lid handle. So I bought a black garage door handle for $5.00.
Here's my $5.00 SS Performer which included everything you see in the picture. BTW, I filled the tank today for the second time. The gas starter is the bomb.

Nice blacks again! Stu, you really have some nice grills. I think the teens also qualify as flatties. Please tell the story. Kendoll, nice collection and I really dig that original griddle for the GA. Greg, another nice score. Any luck with that Woody?
Here's my 22" buddy! I've had it a week and love it! I'm looking forward to slow roasting some ribs on it tomorrow. ;)
