Title: Burgers....
Post by: Kilted_Griller on August 11, 2013, 07:31:58 AM
Burgers last night. Mixed the meat with black truffle sea salt and coarse ground pepper.
Sorry these pics didn't come out very well.

cooked the bacon on the grill then did the burgers hot and fast to get a good char on them

Turned them once, put the bacon on top then the cheese. Pepper jack for My Lovely Bride and the XC and Point Reyes Blue for me.

Plated with some coleslaw. I also love a fried egg on my burger.

Executive chef. The majority of the spice mixtures, rubs and sauces we use are her idea or things she finds. Her imagination is waaaaayyyyy better than mine!

The egg is nice, that warm  runny yolk is what does it for me.

Fabulous job on the burgers KG! The "breakfast burger" was my favorite. Now where can I get some Point Reyes Blue? ;)
