The standoffs inside the lid were removed when I picked it up, so I used the holes to add a deflector plate to the lid to help redirect heat...

1/2 cup hot water
Stop by The Walmart
Bread isle, lower shelf
Pay your dollar
Carefully open the package
Mix package contents and water
Let sit five minutes
Shape to desired thickness
Have fun with the toppings
Grill and enjoy
