Title: Brat burgers
Post by: 1911Ron on August 20, 2012, 12:12:00 PM
I finally got around to cooking something Sunday, i am not very creative in the food department, but i am learning bit by bit. Fire control is my challenge, either to hot or not hot enough, but i'm improving :) I cooked some brat burgers and some turkey burgers and some baked beans using all three (added an 18.5 silver Friday) of my kettles. Only got exterior of all three and interior of the brats sorry ::)

I see you position your patties the same way I do mine. I bet they were tasty!

Yes they were, when they were near done i tossed them over the coals to sear them a little.
