Title: Slow Smoked Beef Chuck Roast
Post by: Larry Wolfe on August 20, 2012, 08:30:47 AM
If I had my choice, I would choose a Chuck Roast (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_q_uaL2Pqv4&hd=1) over a pork shoulder 8 times out of 10.  Sometimes we need pork though.

That looks really good, Larry.  I use chuck roast for poor mans prime rib and it comes out tasty everytime.
