From my Sizzler days back when my hair was brown and my teeth were white....
Great recipe and so easy to make. Boneless/skinless chicken thighs grilled direct over the coals then brushed with sauce at the end consisting of 1/2 cup Cattlemen's BBQ sauce to 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce. Only takes a little bit of sauce on the grilled chicken and a couple minutes to set / flip and sauce and set again letting the flames kiss them for a little bit. Supposed to top with two pineapple chunks using a toothpick, but I forgot to buy the pineapple. Still very good with the remainder of the sauce for dipping.
Cheers!
Looks and sounds good. Quick and easy. I would miss the chicken skin though.
Nice, another one to add to the list for work lunches, cheers

Thanks! I think having the skin on would be really good.... I hate de-boning thighs and if I could find skin on already de-boned I would definitely buy them. We have a local Gordon's food service open to the public store and I can get Cattlemen's BBQ sauces in a few varieties for $13.99 / gallon. Can't beat it.

Thanks Tommie, would be great for lunches. We had some sauce leftover and brushed it on skillet salmon the next day and it was amazing too. Love "Hibachi" sauce. ; )
Looks yummy as yoozh. Did Beaux get a taste?

Thanks! No, he can't have the sauce and he eats roasted chicken I make for him all the time... As I recall, Kellee made him 3 sirloin steaks in a cast iron skillet for a few meals. He does not go hungry!
