Hard work over the weekend on the yard and treated to a tender juicy steak for our reward. Foil pack new potatoes on the Ranch for about 45 minutes at 375F followed by a hot sear and indirect finish on the Sirloin. Simple meal with a bleu cheese lettuce wedge was perfect after a ton of yard work.
Cheers and have a great week!
I cleaned out flower beds with a break in the middle to watch the Cubs game. Just had popcorn and ice cream for a treat afterwards.
Looks delicious as always

Sounds good Anthony! Popcorn and baseball go together.... I happened to catch the end of the Braves game the other day and saw the game winning grand slam. That was cool.... Having grown up in the Atlanta area for a portion of my childhood I'm a Braves fan for sure. We also used to watch the Cubs quite a bit on WGN back in the day so I like them too. There were so many great players on both teams back in the 70s and 80s.

Thanks Tommie! I figure I'll keep firing up this ranch until I see yours come out - or run out of charcoal lol whichever comes first. This thing uses some fuel for sure. ; )
What a lonely little steak on that huge Mothership of a grill ! ! !
But I'll bet it was tasty !

Plenty of room for the steak for sure! I had some leftover charcoal in the Ranch SNS so it was easy to fire it up. First time trying Sirloins from Costco and they were fantastic.... I thought they looked a little lean in the store, but at half the price of the filet mignon I had to try it. Glad I did!
Cheers
