Title: Sizzling Red Snapper With Creamy Creole Sauce
Post by: bamakettles on March 29, 2026, 07:31:06 AM
Recipe Kellee found to use with our stash of Gulf Snapper courtesy @AZ2FL and this was really good.  Didn't want smoke on this so Kellee insisted on using the red Genesis with a CI skillet.  Little bit of Captain Anderson's seafood seasoning, butter and olive oil for a nice sear and Kellee's sauce was fantastic.  It consisted of celery, green bell pepper, onion, garlic, chicken broth / flour / butter / heavy cream roux and flavored with worcestershire, cayenne, salt, pepper and topped with a few sprigs of parsley. Asparagus on our Ninja Crispi and a wild rice mix for sides.....

Cheers!
