Title: Cook for a week
Post by: Big Dawg on October 30, 2025, 02:02:53 PM
Last week I did some grilling for the week . . . plenty of leftovers

Started with Meatballs, Kielbasa, and Italian Sausage.

The treat for the night was Chicken Breasts, stuffed with Capicola and Fresh Mozzarella. Also grilled some tomatoes with EVOO & SPG.

Once the breasts were halfway cooked, I cut a pocket into them, stuffed them, and then wrapped them in Prosciutto. I also threw on some thighs, again for leftovers.

Yum. I like to cook for a few days ahead, too. Even if it's just meat for work sandwiches.

Nice! I need to get back on this, save a fortune not buying cr@p at work

Meal prep is very rewarding and gives you something to look forward to (great meals) throughout the week.  Yours looks top notch and tasty!  I'll be doing some this weekend for us and for Beaux.  Looking forward to some time around the grill which has been lacking lately.

Cheers

Thanks guys.

I'll be doing some more of those chicken breasts tonight at my daughter's.
