:)Hello from Hamilton Ontario. Absolutely a greenhorn to the Weber 22" weber Performer Deluxe. Got a good deal so I have Yet to use first time. Have been Barbying on a gas grill for years up till now. So whole new adventure for me come Spring. I am a senior senior now but look forward to the kettle phase. My Wife and I extend our best wishes to all members and their families to celebrate the soon coming of Santa. My wife Linda and I will have our 58th anniversary in November. We have 4 children, 10 grandchildren & 3v great grandchildren. So Expect a few low & slow cooks on the Weber.
Welcome from Kalona, Iowa. You will enjoy your Weber kettle. You don't need to wait until spring to start the fire. Different from a gas grill but you will pick it up quick I'm sure. Look for some instruction from the Weber web site. They have some good videos to help you get started. Have fun! Happy anniversary!
