Long time Weber LP Grill owner, finally have my first Kettle. I recently purchased a 1993 SSP, that is if I'm correct on the year for Code P. I'm very excited in getting some time on it before the weather turns. It is currently in pieces but about to start reassembly efforts.
I'm excited to find this community and am looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.

Hi Mark! Welcome from Apex, NC. Yes, the P maps back to 1993, per this page (https://weberkettleclub.com/determine-age-of-old-grill/) on the forum. Definitely post pictures as the rebuild comes together.
