Title: Grilled Shrimp Po'Boys
Post by: Big Dawg on July 16, 2025, 12:38:50 PM
Po'Boys ! ! !

Saw this recipe from Steven Reichlen for some grilled shrimp Po'Boys with a homemade Remoulade sauce and had to give it a try.

I started off with the family favorite, grilled Corn on the Cob, this time seasoned with Creole Seasoning instead of just S&P.

Then the shrimp skewers. The shrimp were seasoned with a 50/50 mix of Cajun and Old Bay.

Some assembly was required.

The homemade Remoulade is in the lower right corner.

Plated.
