After looking for a plum of some kind for some time, I've seen this OTP, looks to be in good condition but ideally I'd like to remove it from the table and stick some legs on it.

Obviously it wouldn't look right on legs with the brackets that secure it to the frame still attached to the bowl.
My question is, are the brackets welded on? I can't see any bolts inside the bowl from the lids, and In the Weber manual it shows them fitted to the bowl with no other mention of them being attached by the owner

Yes, those brackets are welded on.
Cellar2ful thanks, I'll wait for the right one to come along then, hard enough hiding normal kettles from her in the garden let alone a OTP!

That's a really nice OTP.... Don't see those much here, let alone a plum. Here are mine - sold the one on the left due to a cracked table. The one on the right is a great grill..... oh and if you like to make smash burgers, it's the right height and plenty strong. I don't smash on my leggy kettles.

Does look sweet to be fair. Smash burgers and big family cooks are done on this one, hence why I'm running outta space
