I'm normally a rare sirloin kinda guy and it scares me to see the probe hit 60c but this ribeye thanked me for it... was so juicy
Cooked for the most part indirect slowly on the grill grates with a shedload of hickory chips thrown on for good measure

Thanks all, that little modded GA is definitely my most used grill. Other than the rare big family cooks for around 15 of us, I'm usually just grilling for one when the Mrs is out and the 2 kids are in bed

I must confess, They were just regular old shop bought frozen fries, just salt and finely ground black pepper
For the steak I used a rub I found in my local store, paprika and chilli heavy, tasted good!
