Title: Grilled Chicken Tenderloin Salads
Post by: bamakettles on May 02, 2025, 04:50:26 PM
Not charcoal, but all Weber!  Costco chicken breast tenderloins seasoned with Meat Church Blanco seasoning, grilled on Froggy the Weber Q1200.  I made the chicken, Kellee made the salad.  Easy rainy Friday night dinner.

Cheers!

That sounds perfect for a rainy Friday.
We are getting a break - got 10 inches in the last week or so. Will be a beautiful weekend then more next week.

Do y'all like the Blanco? I added it to my shopping list after seeing one of his videos.
Look forward to trying it.

Thanks, it was really good.

I have to say we grew into the flavor of the Blanco seasoning.  Early on I used it a bit too heavily.  Sparingly used it's really amazing for so many foods.  It is wonderful on chicken and potatoes - basically anything you would put salt and pepper on.

Similarly with MC Fajita seasoning, a little goes a long way.  Once I "learned" it, I found it to be amazing on many Mexican dishes, even black beans which I really didn't care for before.

I also bought his Hickory seasoning which I can't wait to try on ribs and butts.

Enjoy the improved weather!
