Title: Nachos on a Pellet Grill
Post by: bamakettles on April 17, 2025, 06:42:24 AM
Not having a pellet grill area, I'll put this here since the heading says the topics can be anything and everything!

We had tacos earlier in the week and with the leftovers and some additions I made nachos last night.  This is so easy to make and very rewarding to the taste buds!  The following layers comprised the creation:

Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
Ground Chuck Beef browned with onions and a mix of Old El Paso and Meat Church Fajita seasonings
Freshly shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese
Diced yellow onion
Green onion blades - about 1/4" chop
Black beans
More seasoning then on a 350F grill or oven for 15 minutes

At the table:

Lettuce
Diced Tomatoes
Black olives (all we had were chopped on hand - I recommend sliced)
Sour cream and / or seasoned crema
Taco Sauce
Pickled Jalapenos from Kellee's garden last year

These were really good!  Sorry, no Weber products here, but trying to keep up interest on the site.

Cheers!
