Picked up some nice, thick, boneless chops. Brined them overnight. Simple Italian style seasonings.
Started off with nice asparagus on the GrillGrates, followed by the chops. Meanwhile the tater wedges were percolating away in the oven.
Here they are plated up with some sour cream and chives . . .
