Title: The Wolfe Pit

Following the original recipe, with some additions . . . Pepper Stout Beef !

About 5 hours at 275º.

Followed by 2½ hours at 350 covered and in the pan.

Pulled and ready to serve.

Thanks guys.  It was fall apart tender and very flavorful.  Had some on a Kaiser roll, 2 of them actually ! ! !

I had to look up Mississippi Pot Roast.  Some similarities but a much different flavor profile, what with the Ranch Dressing vs Guinness Stout.   ;{)
