So I got this in 2021(?) and it made the ~1500 mile trip from Indianapolis to Wyoming just fine. It's slowly deteriorated a bit since, hinge pulled through, some wood warping, legs are a little more wobbly than they were. And it's been in a garage except for this past year outside on a deck under a metal roof.
Just looking for advice on preserving the cart. Not sure the cart and kettle go together, evidence shows the cart was red and I believe cado should be with brown. Easiest would be yeah, make new cart but then it's not the same. Thanks

TJ hanson has restored a sequoia, I believe. I have one but the cart was already restored.
Another grill fella, Mark Heller is on the Facebook group Wide World of Weber. He also recently restored a Sequoia.

Hey! I love your sequoia! I love how the cado looks in a wood cart. I first tried to refinish the cart I acquired. But after pressure washing followed by lots and lots and lots of sanding, I just didn't like the way it was turning out. I ended up using my old cart to make replica pieces with fresh redwood. I learned a lot from previous posts and reached out to other members to confirm dimensions among a few other things.

Thanks I had missed two of those but saw one. Maybe I just need to blow it apart and stain!

There it is! I remember seeing that and somehow missed it before posting. Couldn't remember exactly if it was here or elsewhere. Guess can't hurt but try. Appreciate it
