Title: Chilean Sea Bass
Post by: JEBIV on May 12, 2024, 10:07:27 AM
These were delicious last night. Had my mom over for mothers Day. All in one, @jebivswife built these , indirect with some cherry wood for color and flavor (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240512/3356719edb38874aaaf3171af3bac924.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240512/4eb0e8a939c812c112530bbf364f6f7e.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240512/7234698a7c18dfc6207c4966f40f4e1f.jpg)

Indirect the whole time about 300 on the grate temp approx 30 minutes the veggies still had a perfect slight crunch

Is that parchment paper?  I did something similar in foil awhile back but I like the parchment idea better.  Can't wait to try this.  Maybe tonight

Yes, parchment paper, I rarely use foil with this type of cook
