Title: Rainy cook
Post by: JEBIV on April 11, 2024, 05:25:35 AM
Dumped the coals, and the bottom dropped out. I refused to be deterred. Got it to the plate . Had to change out of the wet clothes before eating LOL(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240411/e17b45c1dec633120b7b58b76c5624d8.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240411/55804c26ce1cb4bdd95e6ca13b7e44ed.jpg)

Grate job, Joe!   Been there!   Was going to grill pork chops last night but ended up frying them due to a monsoon.

i made a wooden bracket that i clamp to the performer table. i mount a patio umbrella in it that covers me & the grill. works great unless there's high winds. i cemented a pvc pipe in a coffee can for the base
