Title: Pork shoulder
Post by: JEBIV on January 21, 2024, 03:41:12 PM
Low and slow, haven't eaten yet, but the crackling was a bonus chopped it up and added back to the pork . The lump did not disappoint for low and slow along with the new DNG(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240122/f07b36e6daee46449f5a65385c60ac74.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240122/091263c64c4236c69fa5e01a926dba50.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240122/bdf117943a363f12a599b3c990440f7d.jpg)

Looking good!

I haven't made a pork butt since October on fall break.   I'm really having bbq withdrawal.

Looks awesome Joe!  Digging out of the ice and snow here, ready to cook something.....  Thanks for the inspiration.
