Print Page - posting image issues

No matter what I try to do I can't post images.
I've shrunk them to 640X480Pxl file size down to 515 Kb & they still won't post from my computer the entire post vanishes with an error message!
They won't link or paste.

OK, this time it attached.
Is there a better way?
