Title: cuban panini
Post by: bama bbq on August 17, 2012, 09:59:38 AM
I still had some leftover pulled pork so I decided to make a sandwich.  I fired up the kettle, put the cast iron grill and panini press on to heat up, and built a cuban panini with the pulled pork, a slice of ham and provilone cheese, pickles and mustard. A few minutes later I had toasty goodness!

Looks great, there's another use for pulled pork. Somebody somewhere is going to catch onto this and start pushing it at "busy parents". You cook it on the weekend, then you've have sandwiches, enchiladas, and on and on like Bubba in Forest Gump. It's already pushing out browned hamburger at our place, coming soon to grocery shelves, Pulled Pork Helper!
