Hello my name is Carlos. Been a Weber enthusiast most of my life. A few Webers have passed through my hands. Started with a Smokey Joe. Then to a Genesis to cook for the family. Had a Smokey Joe Platinum, 18" WSM, saved and refurbished a Genesis. Just picked up a Weber Performer Deluxe to use and refurbished. Thank you in advance for all the advice and knowledge in this community.
