I'm awaiting a stainless steel shelf to replace the smoked plexiglass. I used sch80 ABS 3/4"ID pipe. 3/8" all thread rod for the axel and will have some custom wheel inserts from Laserzon designed. Still playing around with the ashtray.

How did the plexiglas hold up to the temps of the kettle? I recently replaced the original plastic table on my performer with the newer metal one. Initially, I was considering building a butcher's block tabletop instead but that didn't seem as weatherproof and I don't always remember to put the cover back on
