Queso was a traditional mix of Velveeta, Monterey Jack and Rotel - with a few added ingredients. Added a tsp of minced garlic, a tsp of dijon mustard and a cup of light beer. Cooked indirect on the Weber kettle and added vac sealed pulled pork from a previous cook then finished to bubbling.
Wings seasoned with Postal's Chick n Rub and tossed in a mix of Franks Buffalo / Worcestershire / Butter.
Fun and satisfying cook!
That's quite the feast... fine cookers too.
We had a spinned chicken, picanha, and a 7 layer dip my MIL did.
I'll have to work on posting pics over here.
