They were thin so I just seared them on both sides and left it a little pink in the middle. This was just Sea Salt, Pepper and some Granulated Garlic. The short ribs were on sale so it was a last minute addition to dinner. But if we catch them ahead of time, my family loves when I marinate them in teriyaki sauce and throw them on the grill. It's a Korean style called Kal Bi. Pretty popular in Hawaii. Haven't met anyone yet who doesn't love it.

I'll have to try this cut again sometime. I can't seem to get them to a nice texture. Thanks for the info!

Not sure if it's the same in your neck of the woods, but around here we call them "Flanken Cut" Short Ribs.

Flanken Cut! Nice. We live in Hawaii and it's just called Short Ribs here. Good to know as we will be moving to the mainland soon. Thank you BD 🤙🏼
