Title: Leftover brisket uses
Post by: michaelmilitello on October 25, 2022, 03:40:11 PM
Last Saturday's leftover point brisket turned into pot roast.  Taters, carrots, beef broth with some corn starch to thicken.  Salt to taste.   Done in a lodge 5 quart cast iron Dutch oven.  Perfect for this chilly, rainy night.  (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20221025/0c14e85b81c5c48cc36f0ccfbe64e884.jpg)

Looks and sounds incredible. Can't beat pot roast or stew in the cast iron.
