Title: Smash Burgers On The Gulf Coast

First cook on the traveler and I used my new Lodge cast iron griddle.  3 ounce chuck burgers seasoned with Cosmos Q SPG topped with  Boar's Head Muenster cheese... the sunset and time together was the best part.... My oldest son with us on this trip.
