By the way, If multiple people make the "same thing" example ribs or wings etc. that is NOT A PROBLEM. There's a million ways to skin a cat. Different techniques etc. I am thinking of doing ribs but don't let that stop anyone.

I am just getting over a cold is there something I can bring that is sealed so I can chip in with out possibly getting anyone sick?
Anyone... can I use a grill onsite I can't bring one this year. I'm cooking most of it at home on the grill and will just need to put the food together and heat up the soup.
There's usually plenty of grills on site for anyone to use.
Robyn and I want to thank the host, John, and the organizers (Jeff, Craig, Bob, Brian) for everything! We know it was a ton of work. You and others we met made it a fantastic day for us. Robyn said she wants to come back next year. I hope she invites me:)
