Title: Rosemary Seared Pork Chops and Asparagus on the GB 26"

Marilyn did it again.... These cast iron cooks are fun and these chops were pretty fine if I do say so myself.  Bone in is the way to go IMO.

Looks great. I just picked up some thick cut center cut chops like those. Looking forward to grilling them.
