Kellee wanted smash burgers last night, so Beaux and I cooked them while she taught her class. I used 5 kettles in all for this cook lol.... Gourmet for the griddle, brownie to light the coals with a chimney and for my side table, Green SSP to hold the hot Gourmet lid, Blue OTP to hold the hot chimney and Glen Blue 26" to hold the burgers as they came off in batches. Crappy plating shot, forgot to take it until I dove in for a bite. Beaux loves to watch the airplanes go over.....and he got 3 small burgers with no seasoning - they went fast!
So cool, love using more than one grill, food looks amazing!!
