Excited to learn some kettle tricks and tips and discover some new recipes. Have a MasterTouch and looking at a WSM in the fall. Still researching on if I want the 18 or 22. Advice?

Welcome from Huntsville, AL. The 22" WSM is a really fun cooker to use and holds a lot of food. No experience here with the 18" but I hear they are great too.
