Title: Seeking Opinion: What Gen performer to use for Custom 26" build (SSP or Gen 3)?

I am finally going to build out a performer for my 26" kettle and have collected two different performer carts to potentially use. I have a Gen 1 Stainless or a Gen 3 available for the build out.

I am currently leaning towards using the Gen 3 cart just so it is taller with less customization needed.

I appreciate any other thoughts and perspectives here so i can get this project moving forward.

Gen 3 is an easier conversion, the SSP is pretty sporty looking when converted, this is merely an opinion
