I was going to do everything on charcoal, but decided to use my trusty pellet grill. The EX6. 80/20 ground beef. Mixed with 2 eggs and chopped onion. Mac and cheese from Costco. Added some bacon and more cheese to it. Ball Park Nacho Cheese flavor franks. (The franks are one of the best tasting I've ever had) in theSmokeFireat 300 for about 1.5 hours, for the burgers, .75 for the franks and Mac n cheese. And some homemade bacon
