Hey y'all,

I'm in Zach in East TN.  I've owned kettles in the past but never really appreciated the history and the versatility.  We recently moved and had the chance to purchase a new grill since the guy that bought our old place wanted my deck set up including the grills (Char griller Akorn, Weber kettle, and a Weber Spirt 3 burner).  I landed on a Performer and I'm hoping to get into smoking on the kettle for this time around.

Look forward to learning from all of y'all as I go.
