We always do leg of lamb on Easter. Added some chops into the mix this year. Gyros are a favorite. We do the naan bread and tzatziki thing. First time doing the pistachio chops. No complaints from the team.

Almost forgot about the escargot... butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Nice appetizer.
