Title: Poor man’s burnt ends
Post by: bbqking01 on April 16, 2022, 06:52:28 PM
Cubed up some chuck roast. Seasoned and on the SmokeFire at 275 for two hours. Made a broth of beef stock, bbqsauce, honey. Back on in foil pans covered in foil. 300 for 2 more hours. Wife made a pasta salad, I made the nearly famous Mac n cheese.

Very nice that Mac looks like a prefect match for your burnt ends. Great cook.
