So a good friend has been asking for a long time to make him some tritip.....and he would pay me for it. So we broke it down with some well marbled Costco TriTip! Turned out excellent. He is happy, I was happy. Seasoned with McCormick Roasted Garlic and Herb. Hot and fast indirect,with hickory chunks.
