Fired up my 18" WSM and smoked some pork belly slabs.

@JEBIV Thanks brother! I was pretty happy with how the bark came out. The pork belly tasted good but couldn't eat more than a few slices because the fat was so rich.

Very very nice! I'm envious...I tried this and bombed one, nailed the other, but nothing I did even looked close to that. Bravo!
