My older brother turned 48 today, so a feast was in order. I did the rib roast and lobster tails. He did the sides. A good time was had by all. Another trip around the sun.

I grew up in a French family, my 'old school' Dad had a lot to say about 'dem Irish'.
After all these years he goes and gets one of those 23&me genetic testing kits....guess who is 29% Irish?
