Well as we approach the thanksgiving season, I've been thinking that many of us have more kettles than the average Joe.
Many of us collect and put our favorites into the rotation but what if you had to choose only one. What would it be?
Here's mine, my trusty 26" that day in day out delivers. If I had to only keep one, I think this would be it.

Well I haven't used my 26" yet, I also have a brand new mt that hasn't been used yet. I picked up an ssp from another kettle head nearby...I've used it and really like the table space on it....I have a spirit e-300 gasser, and an EX6 SmokeFire. Oh yeah...almost forgot an 18" kettle, and a never used 18"wsm. My pick would be the SmokeFire, and the 26".

Although I've never cooked on it, when I get my low version SNS and 26" drip n griddle, this is my choice....

Easy choice for me as I only have one 22" kettle, but I imagine this collection will grow faster than I expect. I'd love to own a 26 as my next kettle.

I'm with Kneab I love my summit. I feel like it's almost cheating though. It does everything only if there was a rotisserie here in the states it could do everything. But... if the summit doesn't count I'm gonna say something risky and goi with the wsm 18
