Title: Bone in pork roast
Post by: bbqking01 on October 29, 2021, 05:49:38 PM
Simple hot n fast. Probably do it for Sunday lunch. Yellow Mustard rubbed as binder, Smoke and Fire Sweet Preacher rub, and Meat Church Deez Nuts rub. On the kettle for about 5 hours with a chunk of pecan. In the crock pot now. Will shred tomorrow.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20211030/289b55fe4c591be8341dc52259b7f631.jpg)
