Title: New gasser!
Post by: Vwbuggin64 on September 29, 2021, 06:56:57 PM
So for my birthday gift today my family surprised me with this beauty! It was a blast putting it together and after the initial fire up to burn all the factory stuff off, I decided to go with a tri-tip. Finally my iGrill 3 that I bought over a year ago on clearance has a home.

Happy birthday!
I got one in white last year.
Love my kettle, but this thing earned it's place very easy.

Sorry, I took a normal sabbatical for a bit from here. I am back. Yes I do!

Trim some fat, not all
Use Suzi-q salt
Grill for about 15min each side, check temp. (I like mine more rare)
Let rest and enjoy.
