Did this last evening. Mustard and the two rubs you see. Sliced thin for gyros, or French dip today or tomorrow.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210917/95ed7d6f131adfb2f7cc8c527b16e7d7.jpg)

Looking good BBQKing!
Oh that looks good !!
Looks really good. Is that eye of round? I seem to overcook them easily. Good to see you posting pics again!
I think it was round tip or something similar.

Lookin' delish! Don't forget the mashed potatoes and gravy!
Looks good!
How long was it on the grill? What was the kettle temp? What internal temp did you cook to?
Lol so I put it on with a charcoal starter full of kingsford. About an hour or two, it was still at 85-90 internal so I put another chimney in it an an hour later it was between 130-145 internal. So I pulled it off. Not sure what temp was inside kettle. I honestly don't pay too close attention to temp gauges unless I'm probing meat, or the SmokeFire.
